Return Policy
Our team works diligently to deliver products of exceptional design and quality in a timely manner.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return.
For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. To claim a refund or replacement, customers must send a video of the package being opened.
- Returns: If a return is requested, we will arrange for the product to be picked up within 4-7 working days. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days.
- Refunds: The refund amount will be credited back to the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used for the purchase.
Refund Policy
We are proud that all our shipments. Every shipment goes through two levels of packaging and three levels of inspection before dispatch, minimizing the likelihood of damage. However, in the rare event that there is any damage:
Replacement Guarantee: Kraft Vista offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect, damage due to transportation, or missing items.
Submission of Evidence: If you encounter an issue, please submit a box opening video or images to info@kraftvista.com.au within 24 hours of delivery. If eligible for a replacement, notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement.
Processing Orders: Our business hours are 10 am to 5 pm Australian Standard Time (AEST), Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside business hours, please email our customer service department at info@kraftvista.com.au, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
We cannot accept order cancellations for custom-made or custom-cut items beyond 5 hours after order placement. This is because these custom products are specifically designed to meet your needs and cannot be re-sold.
